Were you expecting that Eritrean or Somali or Oromo or Amhara culture wouldn't have youth related elements. There will be similarities and there will be differences, in promiscuous societies like Tigray you will find open display of the sexual element that people in Eritrea might abhor, and in conservative societies like Eritrea, it would be discrete with more focus on playfulness that girls in Tigray might find naive. A guy from Adi Grat once told me that a game they used to play as young adults was that a girl would dare a boy to drop her to the ground "awdiqeni", and she would resist being dropped to the ground and imagine what happens in between.

But why am I telling you this, you were playing when you were growing up in Adi Grat or Adwa.
