P.S. let assume that wedi efrem recovered and he is back in asmara which is unlikely, hence whatever he reports from there won't be accepted by any sane eritrean. Why? B/c he was "hospitalized" as we were told in the emirates (issu's bosses) and once recovered (assuming) the emirates would send him to asmara directly whether he likes it or not and only a dumb would expect that he would come up with a report blaming issu.
