It is beyond me why 9 month old infant twins from Tigray are forced to risk their new lives crossing the shark infested Mediterranean Sea in order to reach Europe.
I don't blame their Tegaru migrant parents. No I don't.
My Digital Weyane brother Awash and I place the blame squarely on the UN for stopping its 20-year old practice of accommodating the safe and all-expense-paid migration of our Tigray people posing as Eritrean refugees through the UNHCR run refugee camps in Tigray. Over 100,000 Tegaru have used these wonderful camps to start a new life aboard. It was a great success.
Now our message to the UN is this:
We Digital Weyane have actor Richard Gere on our side, who will fight for our Refugee rights on land and sea !!! We are not alone in this.
May Abune Aregawi continue to bless Richard Gere.

Watching Hollywood actor Richard Gere holding our twin 9 month old Tegaru infant migrants made me cry, because it shows that there is actually someone out there who really cares about us.

It was so heartwarming for Awash and I to watch the Tigraway migrant father showing his 9-month-old twins to Richard Gere. The infant twins from Tigray now hold world record for being the youngest refugees in the history of human migration. Awash and I love Tigray!

A proposal to grant Tigray's honorary citizenship to Richard Gere who saved the lives of 124 Tegaru refugees in Lampedusa.

I have a great idea. May be we should open the swimming pool in our Planet Hotel in Mekelle to the public, so every Tigraway can learn how to swim. Awash said he agrees with my great idea. Do you?
