With the amount of the plunder at your belt, you should have been able to build anything. Unfortunately, the second rate stadium is something that you are so proud to show off. I have yet to see anybody in this forum talking about the reconsideration of the decision to allow a couple of stadiums to be partially fit to meet the standards.
