Hopefully they will keep up with this sort of exemplary and commendable mutual support and avoid any temptation for parochialism when the higher league games start next year, durng which, among other higher league's Ethiopian teams, Tigray's higher league teams: Adawa, Axum and Dedebit, will have to play against each other in the tough fight to join premier league.
Undoubtedly, this year is a soccer victory year for Tigray, Tigray now dominates the higher league, with 3 teams: Adwa, Axum and Dedebit. Tigray also still dominates the premier league, it has 3 teams out of 16,( TIGRAY had 4 TEAMS this year - OR 25% OF THE PREMIER LEAGUE TEAMS- but Dedebit dropped down to higher league and now Tigray has 3 Higher League teams-3/16, still very high rate for one small and embattled state).
Tigray also dominates the national/Biherawi League, or the so-called lower league, in which Tigray has 3 biherawi/national/lower league teams, thanks to Freweyni town winning with exceptionally high result and becoming the 3rd national team from Tigray(Raya and Walta-police Tigray being the other two national teams). There are also countless many local teams in Tigray that do not play outside Tigray Kilil ( they call them Gantatat BetsiHka-Melsi/Yederso Mels Budnoch/proto-national teams).

Victory of Adwa is ours ( Oromo-Amhara )- unfortunately we should have given Tigray to Italia but we didn't and history is punishing us for that mistake !!!
