I'm of the opinion that there should not be any Black History Month in the US. But this idiot, like most of Black Americans, is revolved but cannot express himself properly, neither can he explain why he doesn't want to see a Black History Month! All he knows is swearing like a pig! Substance is the essence of one's talk. Once there's no substance in one's talk, their talk becomes dull, if not nonsensical - and this chap's one is a prime example!
