The reasons Ethiopia allowed all of this is because it suits its interest. Isais and Abiy have signed a deal with France to build the Ethiopian navy on Assab and Massawa to protect Ethiopian interest and especially on the port of Djibouti which many foreign countries are competing for.
Badme means nothing to Ethiopia, it's a desert land.
If you want peace then understand Ethiopia's navy will be stationed in Assab and Massawa whether you like it or not.
Ethiopians are lousy seamen, i suggest, pour more money in the Eritrean navy and we will protect your interest.
