Preparation for the celebration of the Silver Jubilee anniversary of the beginning of the National Service Program that is to be held from 1 to 4 August under the theme “Sawa; The Perfect Choice for Sustainability” has been finalized. The report was made by the Commander of the National Service Training Center, Col. Debesai Ghide.
According to Col. Debesai Ghide the graduation of the members of the 32nd round of the national service and the 10th graduation commencement of the Vocational Training Center students will coincide with the 25th anniversary celebration of the beginning of the national service program and that will add color to the event.
Col. Debesai reiterated that the celebration will feature various cultural and artistic programs, photo exhibition, carnival, sports competitions, calisthenics as well as other programs portraying the significance of the national service program in safeguarding the national sovereignty and nation building process.
Col. Debesai went on to say that a number of nationals form inside the country and abroad are expected to join the celebration and that all necessary accommodation for visitors has been put in place.

ማእከል ስልጠና ሓይልታት ምክልኻል ኤርትራ "ሳዋ -ዕቱብ ምርጫ ንውሑስ መጻኢ!" ኣብ ትሕቲ ዝብል መሪሕ ቴማ ፡ኣብ ቀዳምይ ሰሙን ነሓሰ፡መበል 25 ዓመት ምምስራት ናይ'ቲ "ትእምርቲ መኸተን ልምዓትን " ዝኾነት ፡ቅርዓት ምልመላ መንእሰያት -ሳዋ ክጽምብል እዩ።

ህዝቢ ኤርትራ፡ብመሪርን ነዊሕን ሓርነታዊ ኪናት ሓሊፉ ናጽነት ድሕሪ ምርግጋጽ ዝጽበዮ ዝነበረ ዓቢ ዕማማ፡ነቲ ብረዚን መስዋእቲ ዝተረኽበ ናጽነትን ልኡላውነትን ምውሓን ምድልዳልን፡ብኪናት ዝዓነወ ሃገር ዳግም ብምህናጽን ብምምዕባልን ሃገራዊ ራእይ ክውን ምግባር'ዩ ነይሩ።ተረካቢ ሕድሪ መንእሰይ፡ነዚ ከቢድ ዕማም'ዚ ዝበቅዕ ንቕሓት ፡ኣእምሮኣዊን ኣካላዊን ብቕዓት ከጥሪ ካኣ ፡ምኹስኳስ መንእሰይ ወሳኒ ነበረ። ነዚ ወሳኒ ዕማም ንምትግባር ድማ መደብ ሃገራዊ ኣገልግሎት ተኣዊጁ።ብመሰረት ኣዋጅ ቁጽሪ 82/1995 ዕላማታት ሃገራዊ ኣገልግሎት ፡"ህዝባዊ መሰረት ዘለዎ ቅርጡውን ኣድማዒን ሓይሊ ምክልኻል ምቛም፡ኣብ ሓርነታዊ ቃልሲ ዝተኾስኮሰ ባህልን ክብርታትን ዓቂብካ ንተረካቢ ትውልዲ ምውራስ፡ፈታው ስራሕ ፡ብድሲፕሊን ዝተሃንጻ ሓዳሽ ትውልዲ ምፍራይ፡ጸጋ ሰብ ብዝተወደበን ዝሰልጠነን መገዲ፡ኣብ ልምዓታዊ ስርሓት ብምውፋር ቁጠባ ሃገር ምምዕባል ፡ሓድነት ኣብ ሃገራውነት እናኾስኮስካ ፡ትሕተ ሃገራዊ ስምዒታት ብምጥፋእ ፡ሃገራዊ ውህደት ምርግጋጽ" እዩ።

ማእከል ስልጠና ሓይልታት ምክልኻል ኤርትራ -ሳዋ ነዚ ዓበይቲ ሃገራዊ ዕላማታት ንምትግባር ዝቖመ ማእከል ኮይኑ፡ኣብ ውሽጢ 25 ዓመታት ብዝገበረሉ ገዚፍ ወፍሪን ዝተኻየደ ሓያል ጻዕሪን፡ካብ ጣሻ መሮር፡ናብ ዝተማልአ ትሕተ-ቅርጺን ማሕበራዊ ኣገልግሎታትን ዝተዋደደሉ ፡ኣብ ሓደ እዋን ዓሰርተታት ኣሽሓት ከአንግድ ዝኽእል ፡እኹል መምሃሪን መንበሪ ኣባይቲ ዘለዎ፡ኣብ ኩሉ ዓውድታት ስልጠና ዘድሊ መሳርሒታት ዝዓጠቐ ወተሃደራዊ ጥራይ ዘይኮነ እንተላይ ኣካዳምያዊን ሞያዊን ትምህርቲ ዝወሃበሉ ዘመናዊ ከተማ ዝተቐየረ መሰልጠኒ ማእከል እዩ።

ኣብ'ዚ ዝሓለፈ 25 ዓመታት ፡ኣማኢት ኣሽሓት ደቂተባዕትዮን ደቀንስትዮን መንእሰያት፡ካብ ኩሉ ክፋላት ሕብረተሰብና፡በዚ ማእከል'ዚ ሓሊፎም፡ወተሃደራዊ ፡ኣካዳምያዊን ሞያዊን ስልጠናታት ቀሲሞም ምውጽኦም ፡ንኣበርክቶ ሳዋ ብመጠኑ ዝገልጽ ኮይኑ ካብ ኣሃዛዊ ጸብጻብ ንላዕሊ ግን እቲ ረቂቕ ኣበርክቶ መደብ ሃገራዊ ኣገልግሎት ዝያዳ ሚዛን ዝወሃቦ እዩ፡፡
ሳዋ፡ኣብ መንእሰያት ዝሰረጸቶ፡ንኹሉ ድሕረታት ዝሰገረ ሰፊሕን ምዕቡልን ሃገራዊ ኣተሓሳስባ መጠን ብኣሃዝ ዝልካዕ ኣይኮነን።

መደብ ሃገራዊ ኣገልግሎት ክእወጅ እንከሎ ፡ኣብ መንጎ ኤርትራን ኢትዮጵያን ናይ ኪናት ኣንፈት ወይ ናይ ተጻብኦ ሃዋህው ኣይነበረን፡፡በዚ ድማ ፡ነቲ ዝጸንሐ ሓርነታዊ ሰራዊት ብምጥያስ ፡ቅርጡው ዝኾነ ሓይልታት ምክልኻል ምህናጽ ከም ዕላማ ተታሒዙ ይስርሓሉ ነይሩ።ዝዓበየ ኣተኩሮ መደብ ሃገራዊ ኣገልግሎት ካኣ ፡ናብ ዳግመ ህንጻ ሃገርን ምኹስኳስ ሓበራዊ ባህሊን፡ስርዓት -ክብሪን ዝቐንዐ'ዩ ነይሩ።የግዳስ ወያነ ኣብ ልዕሊ ኤርትራ ብሃንደበት ወራር ምስ ኣወጀ፡ሳዋ ዝመልመለቶም ተረከብቲ ሕድሪ መንእሰያት ዋርሳይ ፡ብልዑል ጅግንነትን ሃገራውነትን ፡ነቲ ብገዚፍ ፋይናንስያዊ ንዋታዊን ስለያዊን ደገፍ ዓበይቲ ሓይልታት ፡ሃገርነት ኤርትራ ንምሕካኽ ዘንቀደ መጠን ሰፊሕ ወራር ብምሕምሻሽ ልኡላውነት ሃገር ኣብ ምውሓስ ዓቢ ግደ ኣበርኪቶም።ኣብ ዝሓለፈ 20 ዓመታት ዝቐጸለ እልቢ ዘይብሉ ተጻብኦታት ብጽንዓት ብምምካን ፡ናብዚ ሕጂ ኣቲናዮ ዘለና ሓድሽ መድረኽ ብዓወት ክንበጽሕ እውን ግደ መንእሰያት ወሳኒ እዩ ነይሩ፡፡ኣብዚ ከይተሓጽሩ እውን ፡ኣብ ኩሉ'ቲ ጎድኒ ጎድኒ መኸተ ዝካየድ ዝነበረ ዝካየድ ዝነበረ መሰረታት ልምዓት ናይ ምንጻፍን ምውዳድን ዳግመ ህንጻዊ ሃገር ብምስራዕ ፡ፍልጠቶም ፡ክእለቶምን ጉልበቶምን ብዘይግብዝና እናወፈዩ ብዙሕ ስርሓት ዓሚሞምን ገና ንህንጸት ብልጽግቲ ሃገር ብትግሃት ይስርሑን ኣለው።ኣብ ሳዋን ካልኦት ኣብያተ-ትምህርቲን ብዝቐስሙዎ ሞያን ፍልጠትን፡ኣብ ኩሉ ምምሕዳራዊን ማሕበራዊን ኣገልግሎት ተዋፊሮም ንህዝቦም ዘገልግሉ ዘለው ድማ ንሳቶም እዮም፡፡

ከምዝፍለጥ ፡እቲ ዝዓበየ ጸጋ ናይ ሓደ ሃገር ሰብ እዩ።ካልእ ጸጋታት ድሕሪ ሰብ ዝስራዕ፡ንሰብ ዘገልግል እዩ።ርግጽ'ዩ ባህርያዊ ጸጋ ኣብ ምዕባለ ሕብረተሰባት ዘበርክቶ ግደ ኣይከሓድን፡፡ዕዮ፡ፍልጠት፡ሞያን ክእለትን ሰብ እንተዘይሓለፎ ግን፡በይኑ ክገብሮ ዝኽእል ኣበርክቶ ድሩት'ዩ።መንግስቲ ኤርትራ ፡መርሓ ልምዓታዊ ስትራተጂ ገይሩ፡ኣብ ሃገራዊ ቻርተር ካብ ዝሰፈሩ ዓበይቲ ዕላማታት ሓደ "ምርግጋጽ ወሳኒ ግደ ሰብ" ዝኾነሉ በዚ ምኽንያት'ዚ እዩ፡፡ካብ'ዚ ሃገራዊ ዕላማ'ዚ ብምብጋስ ድማ እዩ፡ንሃነጽቲ ሃገር መንእሰያት ብኣእምሮን ኣካልን ናይ ምኹስኳስ ሓላፍነት ተሰኪሙ ፡ገዚፍ ወፍሪ ዘፍስስን ሓያል ጻዕሪ ዘካይድን ዘሎ።
