The Qatabans are Tigrean Agazians. They originated in Atsbi and Dera weredas of Kilte-AwlaElo, their Emperors were titled Melke-Melek, which is similar to the later date Axumite Title: Nigus-Negest. I fogot the Melk-Melek of Daamat who occupied Arabia about 800 years before Christ and created the Agazian of Arabia, the great Qatabans. Qatabans, the Agazian of Arabia, civilized the primitive Arab race.
I think the himyar are more related to tigre lowland of Eritrea and only a small segment of himyar has also some blood relations with tigrinya. Himyar were mostly Yemenite who believed in Judaism they clashes most of the time with sabeans who were their enemies. While the askumites were Christians. At some stage pagans like some of the sabbeans before them.it interesting to note the old languages of southern Arabia indeed.
The Habashat were Hadramites. Many place names in Tigray are Hydramite in origin, meaning, Habashat terms. Mereb was the capital of Hadramot, it is pure Habashat term. Remember our Mereb River. And recall, Hadramot is home of the oldest "classic" civilization on Earth, dating back to 8,000 to 10,000 years old. Agriculture was born in Hadramot…. where, for the first time in human history, impressive irrigation schemes developed slowly but surely. The Hadramites, like Sabeans, Himyarites, etc who were living in Arabia also originated in Tigray.
You shouldn't also forget the Syrian element in our genes. The Tigres and the Sahos have maintained some dark Yemenite facial features through the shameful consanguineous marriage. Could you imagine having sex with your family members because someone from Saudi Arabia imposed his culture on you camouflaged as religion ?
