Few days ago Dedebit F.C. missed a game due to financial problems. It also sent a letter to the Ethiopian football federation that it has no funds to continue with the competition. Though it now got little funds to survive few competitions, it is clear that this club, which is at the bottom of the league, is dead.

Now Shire Endaselassie F.C., also at the bottom of the league and only above Dedbit, says it will not be able to participate in the Ethiopian cup competitions siting financial constraint.

Now it is the sports clubs ...and soon will follow the other sectors. They consumed the meager resources of the country to satisfy their bigger than life ego. We are just witnessing the crumbling of the contraband and thief based illegal economy of the Tiny Region. Imagine what could happen if they go ahead and implement their independence mania .. Ayyy negere TPLF...hedo hedo beQitu duQ ale..lol

Wolaita has only its dicha... for the whole 5 million people. TPLF has a dozen clubs for the same size of population..and, that is the difference. However, it could well be a show to trick the gullible or, prioritizing their expenditures. Regardless of the motive, one thing that is very clear is, TPLF no more has that unlimited access to the coffers of the country. From now on it will only be a downward spiral and eventual death. The TOP party operatives are so greedy that they won't hesitate to steal from each other than share the loot with the poor people in whose name they have been committing untold miseries.
