Baltasar Ebang Engonga, head of Equatorial Guinea's National Agency for Financial Investigation (ANIF), a married man with 6 children, was caught in a sex scandal involving many high profile women whom he recorded on tape. Over 400 of those tapes have been leaked and he was placed under arrest. His own cousin, his sister in law, several wives of government officials and public figures, were among the women he had slept with.
