Good for the fuc'kers.According to multiple sources, the Djibouti government has closed Somaliland’s office in Djibouti. Reports indicate that the office was also billed an exceptionally high amount for water and electricity, totaling tens of thousands of dollars. Both services have been immediately disconnected, leaving the office without utilities in Djibouti’s sweltering heat.

I also say bravo. The snake heart Djibouti now knows that things are final. This little snake tried to play a game it can not win. Believe me Djbouti does not produce water and electricity. SLR soon will have as much fresh water and electricity.

Horsesh'it as usual.
I got you! This is an old news that I've recycled. This office was shut last June.
In addition, it doesn't matter who produces what but who can afford to get what.
FYI, Singapore, S. Korea, Switzerland, Sweden, Ireland, Portugal, Belgium, Hong Kong, Finland, Luxembourg, etc., do not have oil reserves, but obtain their oil from outside suppliers. And Djibouti is no exception, it doesn't produce enough water and electricity, but can afford to outsource them from your shithole. Djibouti doesn't get anything from your shithole for free. It pays with its dollars.
FYI, again, the "little snake" is the one that's currently handling about 93% of Ethiopia's imports and exports.
You're wasting your time and effort on a futile MoU designed purely to test the waters and that got dead on arrival.
