It's also a distraction for our dotard Horus, who's probably either in a nursing home or suffering from boredom and loneliness in his one bedroom apartment in the US. He's spending all his day watching Ethiopian TV channels spewing out propaganda and YouTubers sensationalising bullsh'it to make money out of gullible audience.
If he had any intelligence, he would have guessed that Ethiopia could not bring its army into Somalia for whatever reason without the permission of Mogadishu.
