Mikadra is a town near Humera and most of the people who live there are daily labourers( Tigrayans & Amharas) who work in the farms.
The truth on what happened in Mikadra is as follows:
After TPLF was pushed from the Tigray and Gondar border , some civilian Tigrayans ( including armed militias , ) gathered and killed innocent Amharas, later after West Tigray was occupied by ENDF, EDF and Amhara militias, there was a revenge killing on Tigrayan innocent civilians . Based on the available information more Tigrayan civilians were killed than Amharas. Axumezana was around Mikadra and met a young Amhara( injured on his left hand by stick) that was saved by a Tigrayan lady. The bottom line is what happened from both sides was emotional reaction and wrong. I hope neutral investigative journalists to report the truth and give us the balanced report. For your information , in addition to what Dr. Debrestion spoke, the Tigray government issued a statement that they were not involved on the killing of the civilian Amharas.
