Re: Semayawi Party forces the Woyanne junta to accept its right to hold protest rally

Which lie to accept:

"Semayawi Party says the protest rally will be held on May 25 as scheduled. Posted on May 23rd, 2013"
- if the protest held, picture/video, outcome expected

"Semayawi Party forces the Woyanne junta to accept its right to hold protest rally. Posted on May 26, 2013"

If you want to lie, Just give us the right one. If not your lies conflict, defuse each other rather than convincing someone.

Dear Elias,

I hope u and Ethiopian stepchildren will not make the same mistake like 2005, over confidence, under estimating our opp., greed (if u had accepted what u win AA instead of going for total power control)

Now I am seeing u didn't learn from ur last mistake because u r pushing Semayawi Party, to do what is unthinkable instead of enjoying what they archived...

The idea is not for Semayawi Party to have 4 million man demonstration... On June 1, 2013

The idea should be the release of our jail friends ... That should be the main idea before June 1, Semayawi Party must make deal with the government to release the jail bird...

If Semayawi Party seal the deal then that is more then what they can do...the government want also to release the jail bird too they get hammered from every where what they want is face saving method Semayawi Party can't be link to that the jail brid also doesn't want to show defeat...

This good time to release them the leader r in good mood...use this opportunity to promote Semayawi Party to do the right thing so pls don't push them to fast they might make mistake let them take their own time....there is no wrong with accepting postpond date Semayawi Party must fight the government without breaking the law.... And they must also understand this fight might take years and years u should be ready for it...

I say good luck

Elias,

Don't put your toes in your mouth. You project youself as real protester backer as supposed just telling what is going on and what is taking place especially if you have doubt about the success of the cause which you are raising the hopes of other Ethiopans in the way you present it only there is either no sucess or very weak success. So there is nothing good about that and you are still giving people false hope. When you galvanize and rally others it has to be something for SURE. I am sure TPLF will sabotage the june 1 as well coming up with some excuse. Rather this should be a good opportunity in staying firm to make the junta accountable. I am sure the Shabos, Weyanes and TPLFites are shitting on their pants right now with so many delegates, it is better to make noise than miss this opportunity. By the way TPLF and Semayawi are talking as if they are buddies, says Semayaawi is guttless and afraid. Nothing is for free. When TPLF starts to attack , the entire Ethiopians must hit the streets demanding the over throw of TPLF. Other opporunist want to come? Then go ahead, they must do their choise quick or get out of the way for Ethiopians to take arms against TPLF and quickly guard their territory. Put quickly Weyane and TPLF ring leaders under house arrest. Of course Shabia will come barging in then civil war will start, lots of people, especially the unarmed will die. Heck we can't live in fear something must take place. Weyane will fight Shabia to save itself, the opportunists of other ethnic groups and Wahabist will take the opportunity to take over, and Ethiopians must resist that. Ethiopians must release the millions of prisoners and let Ethiopia be blood shed. After so many chaos. the majority will ward off any foreing incursion, no negotiation with foreigners or Shabia, and arrest quiclly any Shabia agnets in TPLF, all TPLFiites except the moderate ones, ALL Weyanes except the moderate ones. ALL other ethnic fascists and relgious Wahabists. Then sit down and talk with Shabia what f.... they want, to leave us alsone and let them have their Asab but never set eye on Ethiopia again if they have no good wish for Ethiopia. We will then start to implement democracy and rule of law. We will kick out any shady foreigners that are doing damage to Ethiopia even as we speak. We will work with those interested to benefit at equal level. Of coruse U.S will reman ally but we won't be master-slave level but at equal level.

Elias

You were also reporting on Moslems so many times holding protest march. Was that permitted by international groups push. The last thing the western powers support is the mujahidin of any country.

To force Woyanne to accept your right to hold a protest gathering is a small victory. If Woyanne prevents Semayawi Party from staging a protest on June 6, that is also a victory as it will further expose it as a certified dictatorship. If Woyanne allows the protest to go on, it will be a win-win situation for both Semayawi Party and Woyanne. Civil resistance is all about pushing the dictator toward the right course with minimum sacrifices to all sides. That is what Semayawi Party accomplished.

Weyanes are maybe outsmarting the opposition by allowing for the protest to go on hoping a few will participate. If the crowd turns out to be in thousands like the recent ethiopian muslim protesters the opposition wins the PR war, if not , the weyanes will go on overdrive painting the opposition as nothing but out of touch vocal diasporans with no significant support back home.
