The U.S. Homeland Security Department's priority is political correctness, not homeland security

Postby elias » 20 Apr 2013, 15:11

As the U.S. law enforcement officials and politicians were heaping praise on each other last night I wondered what it was all about. The Boston bombing should not have happened in the first place had they done their job right. I have heard reports that the bombers were in the FBI radar screen. The dead one, Tamerlan Tsarnaev, was once interviewed by the FBI. If that is the case, how did the bombers manage to carry out the evil act without the FBI, ATF, and all the law enforcement agencies knowing about it? The answer is political correctness. The U.S. Homeland Security Department is so bogged down in political correctness it could not stop two amateur terrorists from terrorizing one of the biggest cities in the U.S. for 5 days.

Example: When I was at the airport last time, I saw TSA agents searching the private parts of 5 year-old children and 80 year-old women. They were also confiscating all kinds of personal items such as perfumes, nail-clippers, and bottled water from every one. Why? Because the policy makers at the top don't want to be accused of ethnic and religious profiling. As a result, they waste billions of dollars unnecessarily, allowing potential terrorists to escape through the cracks. It is humanly impossibly to screen every person. So why not focus on certain demographics like the Israelis are doing?

Most terrorists who pose danger to the U.S. belong to one of the following groups.

* Islamic fanatics
* White supremacists
* Left wing nuts
* Right wing nuts
* Individuals with violent history and mental problems
* Immigrants from Saudi Arabia
* Immigrants from Pakistan

If the Homeland Security and the FBI allocate 90%+ of its resources on putting every one who belongs to any of those groups in the United States under continuous surveillance, they could prevent terrorists acts like what happened in Boston. The Boston bombers were known to the FBI to be Islamic fanatics who supported violent Jihad. The FBI knew that.

They need to also install security cameras at every major gathering and monitor every square inch of space with the help of facial recognition technology. If they do away with the political correctness BS, they will have enough resources to do such things.

The Boston bombing was a preventable terrorist act. It occurred because those who are responsible for protecting the American people have failed to do their job properly. Stop harassing grandmas and children, and focus on potential terrorists.

One more thing: Stop supporting terrorists around the world, such as the regimes in Ethiopia and Saudi Arabia who terrorize and brutalize their people. The American people need to wake up and realize that their government is carrying out anti-human rights polices around the world, while giving lip service to human rights. Those regimes that they U.S. government is supporting are the biggest incubators of terrorists. Saudi Arabia, in particular, is the mother hen of terrorists.

If ethnic profiling were to be permitted, the American system of ethnic diversity would not last long. This great inefficiency and the danger of terrorism is the price all have to pay to maintain multiculturalism.

The government's number one priority is preserving the freedom of its individual citizens. Group profiling doesn't mean citizens from certain ethnic groups will be deprived of their rights. It only means that the government will redirect more resources to monitoring potential terrorists in the midst of certain groups. Multiculturalism flourishes in a society where freedom of individuals is protected. Without individuals freedom there is no genuine multiculturalism.

Yes , they should also keep eye on angry Tire Siga Eaters and Deported Tire Siga eaters who are advocating terrorist act on Ethiopian soil(bombing bridges and electric grid) since they are mad at the US for having good relation with Ethiopia.

You sound like Hugo Chavez, the Venezuelan anti-U.S. demagogue who recently died. I want to put my criticism of the U.S. Gov't in this context: There is no better government in the world than the United States when compared with the others. If the U.S. successfully spreads its ideology, the world would be a much better place. The problem is the U.S. Gov't is not doing that. Instead of spreading its ideology throughout the world, its diplomats are working against it by collaborating with some of the most evil dictators such as those in Ethiopia and Saudi Arabia.

I have tree problem is this line of thinking.

1. None of them fit the above list, the two brothers were not from Saudi Arabia or Pakistan... If we had assumed they were from Saudi Arabia and bomb Saudi then what.( as many of u in this forum assumed before the fact

2. How do u like it the same rule apply if the terrorists were from Ethiopia would u have said the same thing.

3. U might tell me they fit Islamic fanatics then still large number to be sure billion of Muslim...

In short u kill ur enemy not by killing him but by let him live... When u kill one enemy u created one more enemy for u to kill.... But if u left him go I. Human way and show him that u ate not the evil he was thinking about then u change people mind hating u...only love kill ur enemy hate create more enemy for u to kill.

Okay what r u saying... Life time surveillance... On every group u listed... Then how u can answer if the terrorist from Ethiopia are u suggesting 80 million Ethiopian put on life time surveillance...

Even if what u say work would u want to live in policy state where police put surveillance on u...then what is the different between Sudia and Ethiopia government.. American tried ur method and didn't worked ask the Japanese American.... And Ask the victum of McCarthyism and the crack-down on the communists in the 1950’s

Even i dont want to live in Israel if Arab subject in that kind of manner.... It can't be all Arab or Muslim are terrorist but it will take only one ethiopian terrorist to make the list so why are u risking incumanting the whole population.
