Special Envoy for the Horn of Africa Mike Hammer Travels to Kenya, Ethiopia, and Djibouti May 8-19

Special Envoy for the Horn of Africa Mike Hammer will travel to Nairobi to meet with Kenyan officials to discuss shared regional challenges. In Addis Ababa, Special Envoy Hammer will meet with the African Union, Ethiopian officials, and the Interim Regional Administration of Tigray regarding implementation of the Pretoria Cessation of Hostilities Agreement and the urgency of resolving outstanding issues through political dialogue and avoiding a return to conflict. Special Envoy Hammer will also discuss dialogue to end violence in the Amhara and Oromia regions and the need to investigate reports of human rights violations. In Djibouti, Special Envoy Hammer will consult on regional and security issues with Djiboutian government officials.

___The only reality we noticed over the last 1 year is Fano took over the Amhara Region, dismantled PP-BEADEN. The so-called Pretoria assignment given to Abiy Ahmed effectively failed ;and Abiy Ahmed is now fighting for his power and life. Hamer's travel will not change anything, he might rather add a little kerosine to the fire. The most determining force in the equation is neither Abiy Ahmed/OLF or TPLF - it is interestingly Amhara Fano.
___ There is no point talking about Pretoria, at least for two reasons: (1) Amhara People never recognized it; being the major stakeholder of the matter, their exclusion from it invalidated Pretoria. A deal signed between Oromo-OLF and Tigre-Woyane is automatically invalid for Amhara (2) TPLF made it null and void in its recent adventure of fighting PP- Be'Aden force.

No way to deliver it peacefully except by removing oromuma and tplf from East Africa. So the people have no choice but to join FANO more and more to bring about their freedom forcfully just like what they did to derg

The Pretoria fiasco showed the short sightedness of TPLF. The world keeps asking: what was TPLF's objective in that tragic war? was it Wolkite and Raya or was it the seizure of power in 4kilo? If TPLF's goal was 4kilo, then Pretoria is a classic capitulation of the vanquished. If TPLF's objective was the fertile lands of Wolkite and Raya, then TPLF should have included Amara & Eritrea in the deal.

Now what? TPLF has lost power in 4kilo. It has not solved its fundamental contradiction with Amara, that is Wolkite and Raya. This is what happens when one thinks and acts without clear purpose and strategy. This is exactly how TPLF was thinking and acting when it propagated ethnicity in the 1970s.

It was Tigray that needed a united Ethiopia not the other way around. Ethnicized Ethiopia is now a no go zone for drought and hunger prone Tigres. It is stupidity all the way down!

To begin with Woyane(TPLF) is a mercenary the never has its own soul and drive. This mercenary thug is created by foreign adversaries for foreign adversaries, not for Ethiopia even for the Tigres themselves. The only thing foreign adversaries of Ethiopia injected in them is hate for Amhara: their Maninefsto explicitly stated that. These foreign conflict architect provided them the blue print on how to throw Ethiopia into the fire pit of tribalism. Thus. Woyane never had a self or soul of its own it reflects the heat and light of other external bodies, just like the moon. The accidentally came to power after the fall of Derg, they sold out the sovereignty of Ethiopia; they themselves made map of Ethiopia, took fertile lands from other tossed away what is infertile of them unasked. This has backfired upon them and the fire consumed them very well. They lost 1.5 million Tigre, they broke world record in human tragedy.

The Mike Hammer- Ormo-OLF and Tigre-Woyane so called Pretoria deal was just a Hammer written note of instruction given to Abiy Ahmed to save TPLF, but it failed. Amhara flashed its middle finger and now, Abiy is in the worst nightmare.
