It's rather setting up and implementing a socio-economic reform to diminish social inequality and maximize social welfare.

Managing power or wealth is a skill. Those who know how to manage it appropriately and protect it effectively when needed ultimately become beneficiaries of it. These individuals are not ordinary people onto whom these leadership attributes fall randomly. Those who envy them may think: Firstly, those in power don't have skill but luck to place them where they are. Secondly, these clueless individuals think they would achieve even more if given the chance. However, reality shows time and time again that wisdom and skill set apart those with genuine knowledge and resources. Even after being dethroned from power, it is only a matter of time before they come to reclaim their positions due to their resourcefulness. Those without wisdom and skills always ruin their chance to rule because they have no clue about the intricacies that need to be maintained for them to keep their power. Power makes them feel omniscient, but before they know it, they fall hard.
