Amhara Displacement: The Ongoing Ethnic Cleansing in Ethiopia

There are more than eighty-five different countries in Ethiopia.

April 15, 2023

The ongoing ethnic cleansing in Ethiopia has led to the displacement of thousands of Amhara people from their homes. The Amhara people have been targeted by the Oromo expansionist ruling party and its security forces in an attempt to Oromize the areas surrounding the capital city of Addis Ababa. The displacement of the Amhara people is not a new phenomenon in Ethiopia. Historically, the Amhara people have been subjected to discrimination and persecution by other ethnic groups in the country. However, the recent wave of displacement is unprecedented in its scale and brutality.

Unfortunately, the ethnic cleansing campaign of Amharas from Oromiya and Benishangul Gumuz region will continue until Amhara State (of course without Agew State) declares independence from Ethiopia.

And the saddest part of all is the skinny legged Fano, they are constantly shouting Ethiopia, Ethiopia, As if Ethiopia was their own private toilet, There are more than eighty-five different countries in Ethiopia.

Last week, reports surfaced regarding the massacre of 28 Orthodox Christians, which had been confirmed by Ethiopian Orthodox Church sources. Enat Party, one of the largest opposition groups in Ethiopia, has verified this tragic incident.

In a statement released last Friday, Enat Party revealed that the victims suffered a horrifying fate at the Sole Medhanialem (Holy Savior) and St. Michael Churches in Sherka District of Arsi Zone. Within four days following this distressing event, an additional eight individuals were massacred, culminating in a total of 35 casualties in less than a week.

More distressing details emerged, revealing that among the deceased were eleven members of the same family, including a child and a pregnant woman. This marks the fourth attack on Orthodox Church followers in the area within the past four months, leaving the local community living in constant fear of further violence.

The party further underscored that this atrocity aligns with a pattern of historical massacres against Amhara in the past three decades, contributing to widespread resistance in the region.

As you know, our biggest challengers and competitors, Amhara are afflicted by war. The Amhara birth rate is the lowest. I assure you that in the next few years, Amhara numbers will decline from its number two position to that of a minority.

Today, it is impossible to imagine that a new generation of Amhara neftegna will emerge. We are fighting and eliminating the current generation of Amhara. The demise of Amhara is a matter of time.

Enough, no worries!! The neftegna era is gone. The war will not end soon. This will be compounded by communicable diseases, famine, and other human-caused and natural causes. We shall simply wait and see the impending catastrophe.

No domestic or foreign entity will be allowed to ship or transport medicines to Bahir Dar or Gondar without out permission.

We have a deliberate plan to accelerate the increased birth rate of the Oromo population. So, the question you raised is incorrect.

It's naive to think that Israeli will help Amharas reverse the situation in Ethiopia.

Dawit Giorgis is a naive confused negro, our conflict is not about race, there are no semitic people in Ethiopia, what we have in northern Ethiopia are self-loathing nappy headed negroes, Besides, Israelis hate black people, Ethiopian women are still receiving contraceptive shots in Israeli clinics without their knowledge because Israelis hate black people, Most Ethiopians and Eritreans in Israeli are sterilized.

Ethiopia is a country where you can kill innocent people who are struggling to survive and get away with it, Amharas in Oromiya are being systematically killed.

Ethiopia is a ticking bomb waiting to explode.

By Staff Reporter

ADDIS ABABA – (BORKENA) – Institutions of Addis Ababa City Administration that have their focus on organizational research do not take knowledge or work experience as priority for new entrants who apply for approved positions. It is rather ethnicity that is mandatory here, sources said.

According to released form No. 001 (see image here below), applicants are required to fill in their ethnicity. Indicating the ethnicity of the applicant is very important for the result, it is stated in the form. Otherwise it will reportedly have a negative effect on the score or result of the application. Also, a clear instruction has been given in writing that ethnicity is mandatory on the human resources data collection form for the assignment.

Egypt will not tolerate Ethiopian dominance of Nile through GERD: Irrigation minister

Ahram Online , Sunday 24 Dec 2023

Egypt's Minister of Irrigation and Water Resources Hani Sewilam said Saturday that Addis Ababa is building the Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam (GERD) to exhert political dominance over the Nile River, in addition to the declared purpose of generating electricity.

The irrigation minister pointed to the dam’s excessively large reservoir, which exceeds what is required to generate the claimed amount of electricity declared over the past 12 years of negotiations.

“There are other hidden goals inferred from Ethiopia’s formulations during talks, its approach towards the dam, and the exaggerated size of the dam reservoir,” Sewilam said.

“The GERD will have a political usage, and Egypt will not allow Ethiopia's control and domination of the Nile waters,” he stressed.

Sewilam made his remarks to Al-Arabiya satellite channel in an interview that focused on the GERD, which Ethiopia has been building on the Blue Nile since 2011 for the stated purpose of generating up to 5,000 megawatts of electricity.

Fiyameta

There's no such thing as Ethiopia's national interest, Ethiopia is a political grouping, comprising more than eighty-five different nations and each nation has its own national interest, Besides, War-torn Ethiopia not only poses a threat to Egypt water needs but also the greatest threat to Eritrea’s sovereignty and territorial integrity.

I don't think you understand this but it is not in Eritrea’s best interests to have a stable, secure and prosperous Ethiopia as a neighbor, A united stable Ethiopia could be very dangerous as a neighbor.

Ethiopia officially joins BRICS come January

Ethiopia is set to formally join the BRICS bloc on January 1, 2024.

Originally consisting of Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa, BRICS extended invitations to six additional countries in August.

While Argentina declined the invitation, Ethiopia along with other countries took up the opportunity.

In addition to Ethiopia, Egypt, the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Iran will officially join the BRICS the coming Monday.

Current members Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa in August invited six other nations to become part of their group.

Only Argentina declined the invitation after President Javier Milei, who took office this month, reversed his predecessor's membership bid.

In 2006, Brazil, Russia, India and China created the "Bric" group. South Africa joined in 2010, making it "Brics".

No name for the expanded group has been announced so far, but there are speculations that it could be "Brics +".

This means war-torn Ethiopia is officially an enemy of the so called western countries and especially the United States of America, It also means no financial assistance aid for war-torn Ethiopia and no western companies will want to invest in war-torn Ethiopia.

Expert warns Ethiopia may cause ‘first of many’ water wars

December 29, 2023

Professor of water resources at Cairo University Nader Nour al-Din, warned “Ethiopia may cause the first water war that will be followed by many wars.”

Nour al-Din said that, “Ethiopia is mistaken when it thinks that the water reserve in front of its dam, which currently amounts to 42 billion cubic meters, will protect it from any targeting so that Sudan will not be harmed, because there are other means, including partial damage, to reduce the reserve, which can be absorbed in Egypt and Sudan, including targeting the turbines and the flow of water from them. This applies to the international principle of the right to self-defense, life and existence, and I hope that Ethiopia will not cause the first water war in the world to occur, which will be followed by dozens of water wars.”

Development bank pulls staff out of Ethiopia after “serious diplomatic incident”

Rod Sweet 02.01.24

The African Development Bank (AfDB) has withdrawn all its international staff from Ethiopia after two of its employees were arrested, physically assaulted, and detained for hours by security forces without charge or any official explanation.

The bank announced the decision on 20 December, calling the arrests unlawful and a “serious diplomatic incident”.

They happened on 31 October last year.

When the bank notified Ethiopian prime minister Abiy Ahmed of the incident, he ordered the immediate release of the bank staff and promised that the incident would be thoroughly investigated and the perpetrators brought to justice, the bank said on 16 November.

On 22 November, the bank’s senior vice president led a delegation to Addis Ababa to confer with the Ethiopian government about the matter but on 20 December the bank said it still hadn’t heard anything.
