The Gov't should recapture certain areas in Tigray and re-settle these folks who are otherwise foreigners in Amhara and other parts of the country. This would have helped free the region of Tigre from the cruel TPLF rule step by step and create an environment where the settlers would feel at home. They are now considered as others and looked at with suspicion.
