What a game! As I have said many times, this is yet another proof that the current OPDO leadership is very smart and at least one step ahead of TPLF's ill intended moves. TPLF has shown many times that its goal is to corner, isolate and hit oromos by creating conflicts with all of oromias neighbors especially the Somali and the Amhara. Further it wants to portray oromos as TEBAB savage tribalists who will disadvantage and attack other Ethiopians with every opportunity. TPLF yet again pulling the Addis Ababa special interest card at this time is clearly a planned ill intended move to create friction between Amhara and other Ethiopian on one side and Oromo the other side. It has no lasting value for oromos on the ground. It is one of the main tools TPLF is trying to use to isolate oromos without them benefiting anything tangible in exchange. The current smart OPDO leadership seems to see what the real intention is behind the TPLF move and correctly took action and exposed it for what it really is. The current OPDO leadership seem to crush all TPLF attempts of isolating oromo. This time TPLF is not dealing with foozo uneducated fools but with very wise farsighted smart politicians who until now showed they master the political game like chase game and are checkmating TPLF on every possible field. OPDO is turning the table and isolating TPLF itself even in the TPLF parliament! Wow! Proud of you! We need such wise leadership in the federal level also. The time of marginalizing, isolating and hitting Oromo is OVER. Oromo is about to take the helm from TPLF and lead Ethiopia. The time of settling for less is OVER!

This is BIG BLOW to obbo Ethoash and Thomas H. who constantly parrot about the endless golden race, the limitless generosity and philanthropy of Meles Zenawi who donated language, homeland, security, wealth, autonomy, for the Oromo people and as such should be given sainthood status just like Abune Petros.

What will happen now then when Oromos seem to reject Obbo Melese's manipulative divisive gift (Finfinne) being offered from behind the grave? Very offensive to his legacy indeed!

I couldn't have said any better. These guys have great potential to inspire, motivate and unite the country and move it forward. We are sick and tired of old, drunk, [deleted] addicts and out touch war lords leading us to bottom less pit. Team LM got million of Qeerroo and Amhara youth rally behind him and nothing can stop him if he sticks to doing the right thing.

You did say it, well articulated; OPDO has done an historic and paying move that has probably hit the nerves of some who were salivating to find a way to extend the status quo. Great job indeed.

Hey Guys,
Calm down please. You gous didn't have shame to declare victory when two trucks carrying sugar were hijacked by the extremists. And now you are saying the parliament exploded. I know that you guys are not sophisticated, but the message of this parliament meeting is addressed mainly to those who always complain that all seats are occupied by EPRDF. Now they see that ideas can be opposed even with in the same party. This is a proof that the parliament is a democratic parliament with vibrant mix of ideas.

Hey thomas the agame hagos,

Amara and Oromos, who dominate parliament, and have the numbers to change the government entirely, are boycotting your formerly tplf-dominated parliament, until the puppet haile mariam desalegn explains himself.
things are ''far from well'' in the eprdf, and won't be, until tplf is relegated to the position it deserves---one that is in accordance with its 6 to 10% of ethiopia's population.
the existence of opposing opinions, is not enough proof to prove that parliament's democratic and so on...
